Dichroic Borosillicate Glass Beauty…
I took a handful of (not-the-greatest :P) photos of my dichroic boro glass Sea Dragon, which just arrived in the mail this week. One of the better ones, with some playing around, resulted in this. It’s kind of pretty…
Taking photos of dichroic glass is purportedly always exciting / fun since, among other things, it reflects three colours (if I remember correctly). This is one of the most interesting objects I have ever photographed. This pendant is my first taste of dichroic boro beauty, and it emphatically won’t be my last.
This gorgeous Sea Dragon was fashioned by Jeff Welsh over at Lampwork Designs. Many more unique and indescribably beautiful pieces can be found there for your purchase or simply viewing pleasure.
Addendum! I threw the pendant into the scanner for kicks, and all I can say is … WOW!

How big is it? Does it take up your whole chest or is it actually deceptively small and delicate? I wanna see!!!
