You Asked… I Answered?
Q: Did you mention something about “NA“? Does that mean you’re cutting down?
A: Re: the NA - dat’s what it means. I -have- cut down (thanks to [having come off of] Topamax), by necessity because now that I can ACTUALLY FEEL THINGS, it kicks my ass. So to be down to 1-3 [joints] a day as opposed to 6-9 a day… I’m fucking proud of myself, regardless of topamax’s involvement. (”The child doesn’t WANT teh weed!” (cleese)) heheheheheh.
[. . .]
.. it is so weird [novel! yadda] to seriously admit you have a problem (if you do) and to SERIOUSLY seek help for it… I’m really stoked about NA tomorrow, whereas I was terrified before. That’s a BIG step for me… *shaking head b&f* I don’t know if you have ([and/]or, consequently, consider yourself to have) ‘alcohol issues’, but I know I sure do. I -am- an addict, [whether actively using or not,] which at its simplest means I have to learn to be strong in other ways, deal with things in other ways, other than ‘using’ whichever particular substance.
phewf. I have ‘communicated’ so much today it HURTS
Thank you Pines (my Angel™) for inspiring this
Unrelated NB: (Ew! Dictonary.com is flashing ads before the definitions now! Beh, I should talk… I try not to be ‘overt’. Whaaatever.).
