It really doesn’t get much better than this… (Moozik Alert)

No instruments, save their voices (/bodies). NOT A ONE. Behold, the video:

And an impromptu :?: subway serenade caught on video in France (this is the first I saw of them, thanks to Ryan over at qumbler.com’s post here):

As well as this enchanting rendition on SWR3 LateNight, with a great interview afterwards. The intro is in German, but the interview afterwards is mostly English ;)

Have you ever been afraid to walk right up to something that is interesting and have a good look? What if that interesting something is a person? Can you walk right up and take a good look? This is why I blog… so I can walk right up to those people I find interesting and take a good look. If they were standing on a street corner telling people the things they are telling in their blogs, they would be defined as crazy. Yet in the blog world you are allowed, even encouraged to spout your beliefs and promote your ideas. I write to those that I’d like to walk right up to and get a closer look at. You are one of those…. Thank you for blogging.

Camille (!) Your words of support are inspirational and so very valued! I can’t thank you enough for your kindness; I am humbled into silence :P

Your response to the tag (YAYS! MY FIRST TAG! ~excited!~) was so very eloquent and down-to-earth - it was such an enjoyment to read, and you have left me (all of us! :D ) with a lot to ponder… I hope my first ‘tag’ response goes as beautifully as yours has! :)

Def - AHHHHH!!! I can’t stop listening/watching it. CO and I are dancing around and “4-life”-ing, eeeeeeheheheheheheheheheheheh - I LOVE IT!! Thank you for finding this freaking gem! I’m going to go spam people with it now! hahahah :P

  4. Defatigable Says:

You’re welcome! I just can’t figure out how on earth I’d never heard of them before! Thanks for posting them so now I can listen in awe at what they can do. (I can’t even sing properly, let alone try to sound like an instrument - unless uh… nose-blowing like a tuba counts.)

  5. ankakay Says:

PS… I’m going to check out the twitter thingy soon. Sounds promising. At first I thought it was only for cell phone users, of which I am not, but have since seen interesting uses for it on blogs.;)

Kick at the darkness...
